By visiting our website, interacting with our digital channels, or purchasing custom furniture and home decor from our experience centers in HSR Layout and JP Nagar, Bengaluru, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. Custom Orders & Specifications

Studio Spectrum specializes in custom furniture manufacturing and interior procurement (including bespoke sofas, recliners, master beds, and dining sets).

• Approvals: Clients are responsible for verifying dimensions, wood finishes, upholstery fabrics (such as sample card selections), and design drawings before production begins.
• Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and natural variances in timber and textiles, minor variations in grain, color, and texture may occur.

2. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

All quotes and showroom pricing are structured in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

• Advance deposits are required to initiate custom fabrication or material procurement.
• Final balances must be cleared prior to delivery dispatch or final site installation.

3. Delivery and Logistics

We coordinate local delivery across Bengaluru and regional shipments via trusted freight partners.

• Clients must ensure that adequate access points (elevators, stairwells, entryways) are available for large furniture pieces like recliners, sectionals, or master beds.
• Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith, though unexpected delays in raw material sourcing or transit may occasionally occur.

4. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on our website and marketing channels—including furniture designs, product photography, logos, text, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Studio Spectrum and may not be reproduced, duplicated, or distributed without explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Studio Spectrum shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of products, improper site maintenance, or unauthorized structural alterations made to delivered items.
