The Truss — Architectural Trestle, Modern Craft!

Truss reinterprets the classic trestle table with sculptural precision. Its rectangular top in black cerused oak features deep wire-brushed grain that shows through the stain — raw, tactile, and modern.

The edge is beveled ultra-thin. The base is pure architecture: two inverted A-shaped / trapezoidal trestles in matte black solid wood, connected by a monumental horizontal oval beam in brushed brass.

The beam pierces the trestles and is locked with a small rectangular brass toggle on the outside — a detail borrowed from Japanese joinery and luxury Italian design (Baxter / Poliform style). This tension system makes it incredibly stable while visually light.
